SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support communications to customers who have booked or requested services through Nexo Automations and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.

SMS consent may be collected through web forms, scheduling forms, or other supported methods with a dedicated SMS consent mechanism where applicable.

Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the number that sent the message.

After receiving your STOP request, we will process your unsubscribe request and send a confirmation where applicable.

To resume receiving SMS messages, you must opt in again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is intended to work with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other regional carriers.
